Codeka Consulting is the developer of War Worlds and we have adopted this Privacy Policy in order to inform you of our intentions with respect to information collected from you in the course of playing the game. Your use of the game and/or this website constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

When you use this website or play the game, certain information is automatically logged including, but not limited to, information about the device you are using, such as model number, device identification number, and IP address. In addition, in order to be able to log in, you must provide an email address tied to your Google account.

In particular, this email address is considered Strictly Confidential and will never be shared with third parties.

The Google account is used to authenticate you with the game, and allows you to log in from different devices under the same empire. It also allows us to validate support requests (e.g. by validating that the email you are contacting us from is the same as the email address associated with your empire).

Additionally, we will never contact you by email (unless you contact us first, say for the purposes of support). If you sign up for our newsletter, then you will occasionally get emails detailing new releases and so on, but just signing up for the game does not automatically sign you up for the newsletter.

Billing

If you make any in-game purchases, all billing and purchasing information is handled through the Google Play Store. Codeka Consulting never asks for, nor stores, nor even sees your credit card details.

The Google Play Store shares certain information with us when you make an in-app purchase, required for the successful processing of your transaction, including your name and email address, the amount transacted and so on. This information is considered Strictly Confidential and is never shared with any third party.

Cancelling

If you wish to cancel your account, you can email info@war-worlds.com at any time and all information, as described above, will be permanently purged from our servers.
